Youth programme

Our youth programme guides players from U14 through U19 and Women U21 on the pathway into the senior teams. We offer a safe, stimulating learning environment where players can explore — and, if they choose, maximise — their basketball potential.

  1. U14

The entry point of the pathway: players get used to training and playing at regional level, with a focus on core skills.

  2. U16

Training load and tactical demands increase. Players who stand out train more often with the older age groups.

  3. U19 / Women U21

Two men's teams (U19-1 and U19-2) and the women's equivalent, Women U21, form the last step before the senior teams: higher tempo, more matches, and focused preparation for the transition.

  4. Senior

Players who make the step join Men 1 or Women 1. Coaches from the senior staff stay closely involved in the youth programme, so the pathway works well in both directions.
