He finds it satisfying to be part of a well-organised team, making sure everything around the edges is arranged so coaches can focus on coaching and players on playing. He never played basketball at a club himself, but during his student years he'd regularly spend a few evenings a week on courts with friends and a basketball. His ambition for this season: to make things run smoothly for everyone, so the team can develop as much as possible.
