UNITED BASKETBALL TALENT TOURNAMENT 2024

Sportcentrum de Kooi is opnieuw het decor van het United Basketball Talent Tournament 2024. Op 7 en 8 september vindt de negende editie van dit voorbereidingstoernooi plaats voor teams in de competities M14, M16, M19 en V21. Tijdens de afgelopen edities mochten we ook buitenlandse teams verwelkomen en we verwachten ook dit jaar weer teams uit Duitsland en België te mogen verwelkomen. In iedere poule is ruimte voor 8 teams, dus wacht niet te lang en geef je team op!

Ook in deze editie werken we weer samen met Basketball Nederland. Dat betekent dat alle wedstrijden worden gefloten voor NBB scheidsrechters. De scheidsrechtersopleiding van de NBB benut het United Basketball Talent Tournament optimaal in de voorbereidingen op het nieuwe seizoen. De teams hoeven zelf geen scheidsrechter mee te nemen, maar alleen zorg te dragen voor de tafelbezetting van de eigen wedstrijden. Hoe relaxt is dat….

Het United Basketball Talent Tournament is de ideale start van het nieuwe basketbalseizoen. Een mooie gelegenheid om te zien hoever de teams zijn, wat de concurrentie in huis heeft, maar vooral ook om het seizoen op een leuke manier te beginnen. In alle leeftijdsklassen spelen we op eredivisie/eerste divisie niveau.

Start het seizoen met een lach op het gezicht en haal de eerste prijzen van het seizoen binnen. Zijn jullie erbij?

Deelnamekosten zijn € 250,- per team, dit is inclusief lunch. Waarbij United Basketball voor maximaal 12 spelers + 2 stafleden de lunch verzorgd. Het lunchpakket bestaat uit diverse broodjes, fruit en drinken. Extra lunches zijn bij te bestellen voor € 10,- per stuk. Inschrijven kan per e-mail via tournament@unitedbasketball.nl. Vernoem in de mail de naam van de club, leeftijdscategorie, evt. extra lunches, allergieën/dieetwensen en contactgegevens (naam, e-mailadres en telefoonnummer). 

Op zaterdag 7 september spelen de Mix U14 en Mannen U16 teams hun toernooi. Op zondag 8 september de mannen U19 en de VU21. Er is plaats voor 8 teams per leeftijdscategorie. Bij grote interesse is er ruimte om dat iets uit te breiden, waarbij we uitgaan van 4-5 wedstrijden per team. 

Tijdens het evenement worden de wedstrijd in onze sportarena ook live uitgezonden op YouTube.

Sportcentrum de Kooi is once again the venue for the United Basketball Talent Tournament 2024. On 7 and 8 September, the ninth edition of this preparation tournament will take place for teams in the M14, M16, M19 and V21 leagues. During the past editions, we also welcomed foreign teams and we expect to welcome teams from Germany and Belgium again this year. There is room for 8 teams in each pool, so don’t wait too long and enter your team!

Also in this edition, we will cooperate with Basketball Netherlands again. This means that all matches will be refereed by NBB referees.The referee training of the NBB makes optimal use of the United Basketball Talent Tournament in the preparations for the new season. The teams do not need to bring their own referees, but only take care of the table staffing for their own matches. How relaxing is that….

The United Basketball Talent Tournament is the ideal start to the new basketball season. A great opportunity to see how far along the teams are, what the competition has to offer, but above all to start the season in a fun way. In all age classes, we play at premier league/first division level.

On Saturday 7 September, the Mix U14 and Men’s U16 teams will play their tournaments. On Sunday 8 September, the Men’s U19 and VU21 teams. There is room for 8 teams per age category. In case of great interest, there is room to expand that slightly, assuming 4-5 matches per team. 

During the event, the matches in our sports arena will also be broadcast live on YouTube.
